The boutique two bedroom apartments were designed to make the most of Lynden Park’s natural atmosphere with light-filled spaces and designer fittings. Your weekly fee includes gardening, property maintenance, use of the Lynden air-conditioned bus, unit cleaning and access to a nurse 24 hours a day. Laundry, physiotherapy, podiatry, meals service and hairdressing services are also available as optional extras.

Extra help to
make life easy
If you’d like to live independently but want a little help with chores, services are available at very reasonable fees. These include meal delivery to your apartment and a laundry service to strip and remake the beds, as frequently as you like. You can also join regular shopping trips on the village bus.
